I used Roto-Rooter for the first time today. Two toilets needed attention. One was blocked, the other needed new seating under the toilet. Jack W arrived on time, efficiently took care of things. He was polite and respectful.

I called these guys on a Sunday night. They offered to come then but it saved $ 200 to wait until the weekday Scheduled appointment for Next morning. The plumber showed up told me the problem by just me describing everything. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND POLITE. I agreed to the work. He got to the problem and showed me. It was JUST AS HE SAID. Finished quickly and I was completely overwhelmed by the service I received. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

We had them come out to clear out our sink drains in both bathrooms. While they were here, he had time so we had him inspect our toilet also. He explained what was the cause for it, got it fixed, and it was much more affordable than I anticipated. Overall wonderful experience from scheduling to getting the work done! We will absolutely use them again!

We were doing laundry when suddenly the water started to back up on a Saturday afternoon! I called and they sent Frankie out 45 minutes later. He had the main line cleared in no time. Yea! Happy Valentine’s Day. :-)

My Service Technician Frankie was fantastic, he went over all the information with me prior. The contractor I had previously didn't look good enough to fix the problem to drain from the sewer line. Thank you, for double checking and saving me money. Excellent service, fast response, and would highly recommend.

🙏 Lonzy. Service was fast. Drain restored. Technician was courteous professional and helpful. This is about third time in several years we have used RR for this issue. (We have a tricky bend in drain and very hard water) They always come through and we feel good about it. Price has gone up dramatically…but what cost hasn’t? Thanks again to the entire team!

I’m the type of guy that likes to do things himself. However, sometimes you need a pro. I did not need a pro, I made a rookie mistake. Telly was great found and fixed the issue. I would use again. He was professional with a good personality.

Josh and Telly did such an amazing job with not only fixing the problem entirely, but with communicating with me throughout the entire process! When I had a question Josh explained everything perfectly. I will definitely post the company card on Facebook! Will never use another plumbing company!!
